My name is Morgan Goeller. I live in Austin, TX, USA in a big house house filled with six people, three dogs, and two cats.
I cannot decide if the pizza slice or the breakfast taco is the optimal topping delivery vehicle.

I am really lucky to get to do a lot of public speaking, mostly as a part of my work. I am really passionate about becoming a better speaker and helping others to do the same.

I do some writing, mainly on my professional interests in presales and leadership.
I typically stay off of social media, although I do use LinkedIN quite a bit for professional things.

I have been in technology as a developer, a data scientist, a sales engineer, a trainer, and a leader. IMHO, technology problems are easy, people problems are hard.
I have had the pleasure to work and travel across North America, Europe, and Asia, and am particularly interested in international opportunities.

Today
I have been at at Elastic since 2014. My career began as a Solutions Architect (Presales), and I am currently a Senior Manager leading two regions in the Central US. Not planning on going anywhere anytime soon.
I was one of the first 100 employees at Elastic and have watched it grow to 3000+ in 2022. That’s zero to north of $1 billion in revenue.
Scaling up and out is my biggest challenge.

I am a huge fan of Notion, this website is a live Notion page, powered by Super using the Watashi Classic theme.
If you want to write and publish with almost zero friction, I would highly recommend this combination. It is is incredibly simple and easy.
